Acoustic Trauma Made Me Say Goodbye to My Life of Partying

If I were to make a survey on the average number of nights that a person has spent in a disco bar his or her whole life, the number will surely be very high. I am even certain that most people cannot remember the exact number anymore since they have been to bars too many times. I myself had spent almost each of my weekends partying even while I was still in high school. But I thought that such a practice was only limited to students. So as I got my job I never thought that the people around me will be wilder than my friends in college. I never imagined that I can get to spend more time hanging in discos after I graduated. During my first month at work I stayed at least three times each week in a bar that my coworkers frequented. Hard drinks, very loud music and dancing were surely what accompanied me. I never thought that I will suffer so soon though but when my hearing ability started to get affected due to acoustic trauma, I knew that I had to say goodbye to my life of partying. I did not really believe that too much time spent in bars caused my hearing loss at first but when I came across this website, I was convinced. The online site seemed so reliable. But just to be certain I visited a doctor. I asked a physician about all of the information from site whether they were factual and he confirmed it.
